Welcome to RevLogic. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RevLogic mobile application (the "App"), a standalone technical tool operated by RevLogic ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

RevLogic is a technical database and performance calculation utility. It is designed to provide informational data regarding automotive specifications and theoretical performance metrics. This App is a standalone tool and does not include social networking or user-to-user communication features.

2. Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the App and its content.

3. Affiliate Links and Monetization

RevLogic is provided as a free application. To support development, we participate in affiliate marketing programs.

• The App contains links to third-party automotive parts, tools, or services.
• If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
• We do not warrant, endorse, or guarantee the products or services offered by third parties. Your relationship with those third parties is governed by their respective terms.

4. Technical Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

RevLogic is an informational tool only. Any tuning parameters, wheel fitment guides, engine specifications, or performance calculations provided are theoretical estimates.

• Accuracy: We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or safety of any technical data provided.
• Risk: Modifying a vehicle carries inherent risks including property damage, mechanical failure, legal/regulatory non-compliance, and severe injury or death.
• Liability: You agree that you use any data from RevLogic entirely at your own risk. Always consult with a certified automotive professional before performing modifications. We disclaim all liability for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of the App's data.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App — including its database architecture, custom tuning algorithms, UI/UX, and original text — belong to us. "BMW" is a registered trademark of Bayerische Motoren Werke AG. RevLogic is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW AG.
